Prividium Commander is Matter Labs’ generally available control plane for bank digital-asset operations, launched at Money20/20 on Oct. 21. It provides permissioning, approvals and audit trails, and is designed to work under each institution’s rules and connect with its existing systems, according to The Defiant and ZKsync’s announcement.

For institutions, the launch offers a product intended to help move digital-asset work from pilots into production, including on chains they already use; using it does not require a bank to use a ZKsync chain. Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski described it as “the new entry point into the Prividium platform,” as reported by The Defiant.

For ZKsync, the launch extends Prividium’s institutional reach, but The Defiant reports that Commander’s revenue goes to Matter Labs, not ZKsync tokenholders. The launch therefore signals a commercial push to sell institutional software, not a direct revenue stream for ZK tokenholders, based on the reported terms.
