Telegram is rolling out a built-in, non-custodial wallet for storing and sending tokens, and buying gifts and collectible usernames, as described by Cointelegraph.
Access
The wallet is included in Telegram version 13.0 and is being enabled gradually. Reports say it becomes available after the user receives an incoming transfer (Telegram update report, LIVE channel).
