OneKey offered a free replacement to anyone who bought a OneKey device from CryptoBilis between March 1, 2026 and October 12, 2026, any model, whether activated or not. Applications were due by December 31, 2026. OneKey also said it would remove authorization from resellers it could not verify and publish the complete authorized-reseller list after its review.
