Cysic says it blacklisted the recipient at 13:47:52 UTC on Oct 17, freezing about 2.8M CYS still at that address, with the blacklist tx verifiable on the CYS contract. It says mainnet was unaffected and it hired a security firm to trace funds.

About 7.2M CYS were sold before the freeze for ~588,315 USDT + 220 BNB, then bridged to Ethereum via SWFT, Mayan and deBridge for 306.6 ETH (~$727,000), as summarized by DefiantNews and The Block and detailed in The Defiant. The sources do not name the attacker wallet or the exact exploit method.
