50 of the 62 companies OKX and ICE proposed for its tokenized-stock venue have filed a Notice of Issuer Objection, so their shares will not be in that product.

Eleanor Terrett reported Nov. 1 that the objectors reached 50, with new names Nike, Costco, Micron, Reddit and Nvidia. Post

That leaves about a dozen of the original 62 still in. The procedure is opt-out: the issuer just files notice, no reason needed.

The objection is only to this spot tokenized-stock venue OKXICE TSV where issuer consent is required. It does not cover perps: ICE is separately building perpetuals on those same stocks with Trade[XYZ] on Hyperliquid where the issuer is not a party.

No launch date for the venue has been announced. OKXICE head Andrew Cuomo previously called objections a natural reaction.
