Kraken wrongly emailed some clients who bought XMR with their own money and withdrew it, asking about their employer, source of funds, and what they planned to do with the coins. Co-CEO Arjun Sethi said no rule required those questions and that treating a young client with substantial funds as a red flag was wrong. (Sethi’s post)
