The draft says v2 contracts are already deployed on Ethereum mainnet. If the proposal passes, ENS Labs would open v2 registrations, switch resolution, and transfer its administrative roles to the DAO. The vote would run for seven days and require at least 1 million ENS votes, equal to 1% participation, plus majority approval; execution would then have a minimum two-day timelock. Cointelegraph reports that no voting date had been announced, and the proposal was still a draft. Cointelegraph ENS forum report via Telegram
