Binance confirmed CFO Kaiser Ng is leaving and named Justin Yek as new CFO, per Bloomberg reporting circulated Nov 7, 2026 (Rickler Feed, BWEnews).

Yek previously led finance at fintech Airwallex and worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Citi (BredoStrategy).

The change comes nine days after the record hack in which Binance lost about $6.3B and faced multibillion-dollar client outflows (BredoStrategy).

Co-CEO says the transition was planned six months ago (news wire). Ng's reasons for leaving are not known and no link to the hack is established.
