Kalshi completed a $1 billion Series G round valuing it at $40 billion post-money, CNBC reported on Oct. 29, 2026.
The round was co-led by Sequoia Capital and Wellington Management, according to Walter Bloomberg via Coinness. That is up from $22 billion in its prior round in May 2026 and $5 billion in October 2025.
Kalshi said prediction markets were just the start and it will use the funds to build a broader exchange, including leveraged event contracts, single-stock perpetual futures and compute-price markets, plus continued investment in its institutional business.
CNBC discloses it has a commercial relationship with Kalshi including customer acquisition and a minority investment.
