Ripple and Privy’s partnership brings developer-managed embedded wallets and AI agent payments to the XRP Ledger, with support for XRP, RLUSD and other XRPL assets.
Announced October 13, developers can create wallets, sign transactions and enable x402 payments through Privy. Users can export their private keys and seed phrases, while the app can handle wallet access without requiring users to manage keys day to day. Ripple and Privy describe the integration in their announcements and Privy blog.
Policy controls and gas sponsorship are planned additions, according to Privy. Ripple also says XRPL has processed 13 million agent payments, about 25% of network activity; the announcement gives no measurement method for those figures.
The sources do not name a launch date for the integration.
