Navra is Mike Cagney’s onchain finance platform, designed to bring retail and institutional users to curated lending, borrowing and trading through keyless self-custody, with an embedded portfolio agent. Cagney says it aims to connect traditional finance dollars to DeFi; Navra’s site describes its mobile and desktop apps, vetted venues, and qualified custody options (Cagney’s launch post, Navra).

The forwarded posts say Navra raised $19 million in a Series A led by Ribbit Capital, with Jump Crypto and a broad group of other investors participating. Navra’s announcement names Jump, DCM, DST Global Partners, Faction, Baseline Ventures, Digital Asset, Distributed Global, Blockchange, RPM Ventures, Morgan Creek Digital and Figure, among others; The Block also reported the $19 million round (Navra, The Block).

On the waitlist, the forwarded Russian-language post says to enter an email and follow Navra on X. A separate X promoter likewise describes signup as email-only, but that detail comes from promoters: Navra’s own post directs people to its site for early access, and its site says the limited rollout starts mid-October, with institutions and partners able to get in earlier (forwarded post, promoter’s post, Navra’s early-access post, Navra).
