Predict said its $PREDICT TGE and Season 1 airdrop claim, planned for 9:00 UTC Oct 30, is delayed in line with that, with revised date to be announced, in its post.

No official post names PREDICT as the cause. The same night Binance said "Binance Alpha trading has been temporarily suspended" as "part of our ongoing security measures" until "the security issue is resolved."

Social chatter links it to a wider hack scare, including claims Tether froze over $1.5B, but neither Binance nor Predict confirms that as the reason for PREDICT.
