trade[XYZ] and ICE, owner of NYSE, plan a dedicated US-regulated 24/7 perpetuals market built on Hyperliquid, subject to CFTC approval, covering equities, indices, commodities, FX and crypto via brokers and platforms, as [trade[XYZ] posted](https://x.com/tradexyz/status/2115755854125478285).

Structure confirmed by Hyperliquid: Hyperliquid as tech infrastructure via HIP-3*, trade[XYZ] designs and implements markets, ICE operates regulated market and clearing. ICE is also making a strategic investment in trade[XYZ] with Stan Druckenmiller as first named co-investor, and existing HIP-3 markets stay unchanged. Earlier reads noted US users remain excluded from existing HIP-3 for now, with $650B volume claimed.

Chinese posts add unconfirmed mechanics: oragnes claims HIP-3 needs 500k HYPE staked and fees can buy and burn HYPE via Assistance Fund, so if the US market uses the same, new volume becomes HYPE buys. That fee-to-buy transmission is author speculation, not in the official posts.

HyperEVM_CN claims 49.87M HYPE burned worth $3.89B and price back at $90. Exchanges now quote higher: HYPE around $94.22 on Binance spot, up about 18% on day, per venue quotes.

CoinMarketCap flags the same CFTC-approval condition. No launch date, products or eligibility yet.
