Aave announced a record on October 1: more than $1.1 trillion in loans have been issued through the protocol over its lifetime
Aave (@aave)
This is the cumulative volume of loans since 2021, not the amount currently held in the protocol, and by itself it does not move the AAVE token. For you, this is a sign of the protocol's maturity, not a reason to do anything. Current TVL is about $19.3 billion, and fees per day are about $1.3 million, of which the protocol receives about $165 thousand.
