It replaces TowerBFT voting with Votor, direct validator votes and aggregate certificates instead of vote transactions, cutting finality from about 12.8 seconds to around 150ms. Transaction execution and SVM are unchanged. Rotor to replace Turbine propagation comes later.

For validators it requires Agave-based client v4.3.2 and a Validator Admission Ticket with 0.8 SOL per epoch charged from the vote account. Claimed returns like faster UX are project claims, not verified trades.
