Securitize Stocks: 1:1-backed tokenized US equities on Solana, and what is live versus planned

Securitize launched Securitize Stocks on 8 October 2026: 12 tokenized US equities on Solana, each backed 1:1 by a real share, for eligible investors in the US, EU and other permitted jurisdictions. Trading is live on Securitize's regulated broker-dealer platform. The NYSE and OKXICE venues are planned, with no dates. Primary source: Securitize's launch article. Coverage: CoinDesk.

What the token is

Each token is a security entitlement under UCC Article 8, not a price-tracking derivative. It carries the economic rights of the underlying share, including dividends and, where the share class has them, voting rights. Per the Securitize article, the backing shares are not lent out. Under a Convertible Entitlement Token design, holders can convert to shares on an issuer's register if that issuer adopts issuer-sponsored tokenization. It is an entitlement to the security, not direct registration in the shareholder ledger (per Rickler Feed).

Initial names (12)

AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, MSTR and PLTR, as listed in this news post.

How trading works now

  • Solana is the launch network. The Block reports settlement in USDC and initial extended US market hours, with 24/7 trading planned.

  • Jump Trading is named as market maker by Rickler Feed and an aggregator summary. A separate summary says the Jump Trading and Ripple Prime roles are not confirmed.

  • Access needs onboarding, KYC/AML and jurisdictional eligibility.

Planned venues

  • The NYSE's upcoming 24/7 digital ATS.

  • The OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, a joint venture of OKX and Intercontinental Exchange (the NYSE's parent), per BSCNews.

  • Both depend on the venues launching and on regulatory approval. No dates are given.

Partners and DeFi

The aggregator says Ripple Prime and Aave plan to bring the tokens into institutional trading and DeFi collateral. This is a plan, not a live feature.

Not established

The sources do not give on-chain token addresses, dates for the NYSE and OKXICE listings, or a date for 24/7 trading. Securitize's own page could not be read directly, so some details (settlement in USDC, Jump Trading) rest on secondary reports.
