Wallet 0xbEDF…1940 sold 6.31 PROM for 0.0162 WETH (about $36) through Uniswap V3 on Ethereum at 12:05:47 UTC on Nov 1, 2026 in 0xb5a9…fa73.

The trade routed PROM to WETH then to $36.78 USDT via Swap Router V2 in the same transaction, Arkham decoded. Pool 0x55b1…32AF quoted PROM near $5.83 at the time.

Telegram channels flagged it as part of the Binance hacker PROM dump into a thin pool (post). On chain this hash shows only the small $36 leg, not a $5M loss.

It means a hacker-linked address kept dumping dust PROM for stablecoins after the $6.3B Binance hack, accepting near-zero liquidity.
